Hyderabad: The UAE Property Grand Expo 2026 commenced in Hyderabad on Saturday, bringing together UAE-based property developers and prospective Indian investors to explore real estate opportunities in Dubai and Ajman.

Organised by UAE-based Global Edge Advertisements LLC, with support from the Dubai Land Department and the Ajman Land Department, the two-day exhibition is being held at JRC Conventions and Trade Fairs.

The first day saw the participation of developers, including Ellington Properties, AL Rasikhoon Real Estate, Luxe Next, AYS and Dugasta, who presented their respective property portfolios and engaged with visitors interested in overseas real estate investments. The interactions focused on residential developments, property locations, pricing, payment structures and ownership procedures across the UAE.

The expo comes at a time when Dubai continues to attract international real estate investment. According to figures shared by the organisers, Dubai recorded approximately AED 917 billion in real estate transactions in 2025, while Indian investors account for an estimated 20-22 per cent of the emirate’s property investment market, with annual investments exceeding AED 30 billion.

Hyderabad’s growing technology and entrepreneurial ecosystem, along with its expanding base of internationally connected professionals, makes it an important market for discussions on overseas property ownership.

The exhibition provides prospective buyers with an opportunity to interact directly with developers and understand the regulatory and financial considerations involved in purchasing property in the UAE.

Raghu Pelakkat, CEO of Global Edge Advertisements LLC, said, “Our objective through this exhibition is to facilitate direct conversations between developers and prospective buyers, allowing them to access relevant information and make informed assessments. International property investment involves several considerations, and having developers available to address these questions is an important part of the process.”

The UAE Property Grand Expo 2026 will continue on November 1 at JRC Conventions and Trade Fairs, Hyderabad.
