Villagers panic after tiger spotted in Mancherial district
Hyderabad: Panic gripped residents of villages near the Ryal forest area in Hajipur mandal of Mancherial district following reports of a tiger roaming in the vicinity on Tuesday, October 27.
The reported movement of the big cat has raised concerns among farmers and cattle owners who venture into agricultural fields and nearby forest areas for their daily activities.
Forest officials have advised residents to remain alert and avoid entering forest areas alone. People have also been cautioned against approaching the animal if spotted and urged to inform the Forest Department immediately about any sightings, pugmarks or other signs of its presence.
