AI startup Simplismart raises $14M from Dallas Venture Capital, Nvidia, and others

AI inference infrastructure startup Simplismart has raised $14 million in a Series B funding round led by Dallas Venture Capital, with participation from NVIDIA, Accel, Shastra VC and Micromax.
The company will use the funds to further develop its AI inference platform, expand its partnerships with cloud providers and sovereign AI initiatives, and strengthen its presence in North America and other global markets.
Simplismart builds software that connects AI models with GPU infrastructure. Its modular inference engine enables businesses to configure models based on their speed, cost and performance requirements, while its orchestration platform manages deployment and scaling across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
“We have spent four years building the software layer between the model and the GPU, helping customers optimise how their workloads are deployed and operated. This funding will allow us to take that platform to more enterprises and cloud providers globally,” said Amritanshu Jain, Co-founder and CEO, Simplismart.
The company said its annualised revenue run rate has grown 14-fold over the past six months. It counts companies such as HeyGen, Higgsfield, InVideo, Shiprocket, Apna and Ema among its customers, which use its platform to run production workloads across video, voice, multimodal and enterprise AI applications.
For its cloud-provider offering, Simplismart works with NVIDIA to deploy AI infrastructure. Unlike inference providers that purchase or reserve GPU capacity and resell it, Simplismart does not own compute infrastructure. Instead, it provides the software layer that enables third-party GPU fleets to run production AI workloads, positioning itself as a data centre enabler.
The platform allows cloud providers to offer managed AI services under their own brands without having to build the underlying software stack from scratch.
“Simplismart is rapidly emerging as a global player helping enterprises run AI workloads more efficiently, while enabling cloud providers to turn GPU capacity into scalable services. We are backing this fast-growing company because of its proven technical prowess in addressing a critical need in the AI infrastructure ecosystem globally, as well as the strong execution capabilities of its founding team,” said Dayakar Puskoor, Managing Partner, Dallas Venture Capital.
