US First Lady Melania Trump hosted Russian and Ukrainian delegations at the White House after a six-day ceasefire in Ukraine's southern Kherson region allowed hundreds of residents of Russian-occupied Oleshky to evacuate. Melania called for a more enduring truce and handed personal letters to representatives of Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky.
