Security arrangements have been strengthened around Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge’s residence and along the route from Minto Bridge to Ramlila Maidan ahead of the INDIA alliance mega rally. ABP News correspondent Balram Pandey reported that three open-top buses carrying the slogans “Vote Bachao, Desh Bachao” have been stationed outside Kharge’s residence for senior alliance leaders. Barricades have been placed on nearby roads, with restrictions on large gatherings in areas where Section 163 has been imposed. From Minto Bridge, correspondent Manoj Verma reported that the march is scheduled to begin at 12 noon. Delhi Police, traffic personnel and paramilitary forces have been deployed along the route. According to the report, more than 4,000 Delhi Police personnel and 10 companies of paramilitary forces are part of the security arrangements, while around 200 CCTV cameras have been installed to monitor the event. The road leading towards Ramlila Maidan has been closed to regular traffic, although the route towards New Delhi Railway Station remains open.
