The leaders are expected to travel to Minto Road via the Constitution Club, where MPs have been invited to assemble before proceeding together. The Opposition is also preparing a march from Connaught Place towards Ramlila Maidan ahead of the rally, adding a planned show of strength to the gathering. The rally has been permitted from 10 AM to 5 PM. Delhi Police has deployed more than 3,500 personnel, 450 traffic police officers and 10 companies of paramilitary forces. More than 250 CCTV cameras, AI-based monitoring and a special traffic plan have also been arranged to manage security and crowds.
