A large group of saints and religious figures, accompanied by MP Pappu Yadav, was seen marching along Ferozeshah Road towards Minto Road before proceeding to Ramlila Maidan for the INDIA alliance mega rally. Speaking to ABP News, Pappu Yadav claimed that more than 10,000 saints were participating and described the gathering as a movement against what he called dictatorship, anti-democratic policies and attacks on the rights of farmers, students, youth and other sections of society. Meanwhile, preparations at Ramlila Maidan continued as political workers from different INDIA alliance parties arrived. Around 11 AM, the first seating block was reportedly full, while the second was gradually filling up. According to Delhi Police officials cited in the report, the ground has an estimated capacity of around 45,000 people under comfortable arrangements. Seven to eight seating blocks had been created, although chairs had been installed in only part of the ground. Workers carrying flags of Left parties and other alliance members, along with supporters wearing yellow turbans from Rajasthan and Haryana, were visible. The rally was scheduled to begin around noon, with attendance figures expected to rise as the day progressed.
