The latest death comes after Mohammed Yusuf, a 46-year-old resident of Mehdipatnam in Hyderabad, succumbed to his injuries on October 11. He was the first Indian national reported dead in the attack.

The October 10 incident claimed 14 lives, including four Saudi citizens and 10 foreign residents. The latter comprised two Bangladeshis, two Indians, and one each from the United States, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Palestine and Sudan.

The Indian Embassy had earlier confirmed that 11 Indian nationals were injured in the attack. Yemen’s Houthis claimed responsibility for the strikes on the airport on October 10 and 11, which left several people dead and hundreds injured.
