Pine Labs Partners With Stripe To Unify Online, In-Store Payments In Singapore

Image: Inc42

Listed fintech major Pine Labs has partnered with global payments infrastructure provider Stripe to launch a solution that allows eligible retailers in Singapore to manage online and in-store payments through a single platform.

The offering combines Stripe’s online payment capabilities with Pine Labs’ payment terminals and merchant commerce tools. Participating merchants will be able to process online payments through Stripe and accept card payments at physical stores through Pine Labs’ terminals, starting this month.

The companies plan to expand the offering to other Southeast Asian markets in 2027.

The solution targets retailers selling through both physical stores and digital channels. Managing separate payment providers across these channels can complicate reporting and reconciliation, while adding to operational costs.

Beyond payment acceptance, retailers will get access to Pine Labs’ instalment plans from multiple issuers, loyalty-linked payments, pay-by-points options, merchant-funded promotions, and digital marketing tools.

The companies will showcase the solution at the Singapore Fintech Festival 2026.

Pine Labs’ Overseas Push

The partnership builds on Pine Labs’ expansion of its merchant payments and commerce business across international markets.

As of Q2 FY27, Pine Labs served 11.6 Lakh merchants, up 13% YoY, with a presence across more than 22 markets. Its offerings span merchant payments, payment orchestration, issuing, prepaid instruments, and credit infrastructure, with acquisitions helping broaden its product portfolio.

Pine Labs merged its Singapore holding company with its Indian entity in June 2025. It subsequently listed on the BSE and the NSE at ₹242 apiece, a 9.5% premium to its issue price.

On the financial front, Pine Labs’ net profit jumped more than sixfold to ₹38.6 Cr in Q2 FY27 from ₹6 Cr in the year-ago quarter. Operating revenue rose 24% YoY to ₹806.2 Cr.

Shares of Pine Labs were trading 1.15% higher at ₹157.70 apiece on the BSE at 14:45 IST.
