Including other income of ₹9.5 Cr, total income stood at ₹3,015.6 Cr. Profit before tax increased to ₹148.5 Cr from ₹55.4 Cr in Q2 FY26.

Nykaa’s beauty segment reported a 26.6% YoY increase in revenue to ₹2,699.7 Cr. The segment’s profit before exceptional items rose to ₹180.2 Cr from ₹105.4 Cr a year earlier.

Meanwhile, fashion revenue increased 42.9% YoY to ₹287.2 Cr. The segment’s loss before exceptional items narrowed to ₹7.7 Cr from ₹21.4 Cr in Q2 FY26.

Alongside its results, Nykaa’s board approved acquisition of a 82% stake in Simply Nam Beauty for up to ₹33 Cr in cash.
