Day 1: Modern Hyderabad

The first day, November 24, will focus on the city’s modern landscape. Participants will visit HITEC City, Durgam Cheruvu Cable Bridge, RMZ Nexity and Shilparamam Craft Village. The route offers opportunities to capture Hyderabad’s skyline, contemporary architecture and traditional crafts.

Day 2: Heritage of Old Hyderabad

On November 25, the sketch walk moves to the historic heart of the city. Planned locations include Charminar, Mecca Masjid, Gulzar Houz, Sardar Mahal, Laad Bazaar and Chowmahalla Palace.

From the arches and minarets of heritage monuments to the activity of Laad Bazaar, the Old City offers scenes to capture. The day will also include a night sketch walk and food trail, allowing participants to experience the area after sunset.

Day 3: Iconic Hyderabad

The final day, November 26, will cover Tank Bund, the Secretariat, Buddha Statue and Birla Mandir. The programme will also feature a sketching throwdown and cultural programme, bringing the gathering to a close.

More than a sketching event

The gathering is designed as a space for artists to connect, share techniques and exchange perspectives. Highlights include guided sketch walks, demonstrations, sketching challenges, artisan crafts at Shilparamam, local food experiences and opportunities to meet sketchers from around the world.

Whether experienced artists or beginners who enjoy drawing, participants can discover familiar places differently. The event also encourages visitors to slow down, observe the city and record its character in their style.
