Hyderabad: Light rain is expected in parts of north Telangana until noon on Thursday, October 29, while Hyderabad and other areas of the state are likely to receive only isolated showers or remain dry.

T Balaji, popularly known as the Telangana Weatherman for his accurate predictions, said districts including Asifabad, Mancherial, Jagtial, Peddapalli, Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Sircilla and Karimnagar could receive light rain during the morning hours. The rain activity is expected to end after noon.

The rest of Telangana, including Hyderabad, is likely to experience isolated rainfall or dry weather.

IMD Hyderabad forecasts hazy mornings

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) Hyderabad has forecast partly cloudy skies across the city until November 1.

Hazy conditions are also likely during the morning hours, according to the weather department.

Possible cyclone may bring rain to Telangana in November

Balaji said another weather system is expected to form over the Bay of Bengal soon. He indicated a high possibility of the system intensifying into a cyclone and moving towards the Andhra Pradesh coast between November 2 and 6.

The system could bring rainfall across Telangana during this period.

The possible development of a weather system over the Bay of Bengal could change rainfall conditions across Telangana in early November.
