Hyderabad-based Bondada Engineering enters NSE main board

Hyderabad: Bondada Engineering Limited, a Hyderabad-headquartered engineering and infrastructure solutions provider, marked its entry into the capital markets with a bell-ringing ceremony celebrating its listing on the main board of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) in Mumbai on Thursday.

Under the theme “Bondada: The Next Horizon”, the occasion signalled a new chapter of ambition, opportunity and responsibility as the company builds on its execution strengths and expands its presence across infrastructure and renewable energy, a press release said.

The listing follows the company’s progression from the SME platform of BSE Limited to the main boards of India’s leading stock exchanges. Bondada Engineering received in-principle approval from BSE for migration to its main board on September 9, followed by in-principle approval from NSE on October 14. The company received listing approval from NSE on October 27.
