The special edition is priced at Rs. 76,400 and gets two new dual-tone colour schemes, revised graphics and exclusive cosmetic details

Hero MotoCorp has introduced a new Classique Edition of the Destini 110, giving its family scooter a neo-retro makeover for the festive season. The new edition gets two dual-tone colour options, fresh graphics and a few exclusive styling elements. Prices start at Rs. 76,400 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The Destini 110 Classique Edition is available in Matt Goldfish Silver with Light Industrial Grey, featuring brown inner panels, and Matt Aries Brown with black inner panels. Both colour schemes get new stripes on the front handle cover and side panels, along with colour-coordinated mirrors, seats and inner panels. Other distinguishing details include a dedicated 3D Classique Edition emblem and branded rim tape. The updates are cosmetic, with no changes to the scooter’s mechanical package.

The Classique Edition continues to use the Destini 110’s existing 110 cc engine producing 8.5 PS and 8.7 Nm torque. It also retains Hero’s i3S technology, which automatically switches off the engine when the scooter is idling and restarts it when the rider operates the throttle. The scooter gets an LED projector headlamp, LED tail lamp and position lamp. It also features a digital-analogue speedometer, alloy wheels and chrome detailing.

The Destini 110 continues with its 785mm-long seat, which Hero claims is the longest in its segment. It also gets 12-inch wheels at both ends, with a wider 100/80-12 rear tyre. Practicality is addressed through 19 litres of under-seat storage, a front storage compartment with a mobile charging facility, and a boot lamp. These features remain unchanged on the Classique Edition.

In the Indian market, the Hero Destini 110 Classique Edition will compete with the likes of the Honda Activa 110 and TVS Jupiter 110, both of which are popular choices in the family scooter segment. While these scooters focus on everyday usability, comfort and fuel efficiency, the Destini’s new Classique Edition attempts to stand out with its neo-retro styling and distinctive dual-tone finish.
