For Sunday, November 1, the IMD, Hyderabad in its forecast said parts of Telangana can expect thunderstorms, lightning, and gusty squalls.
For Monday and Tuesday, the IMD, Hyderabad has issued a heavy rain warning for eastern and southern districts of Telangana including Khammam, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Mahabubabad, Suryapet, Nalgonda, and Yadadri Bhuvanagiri.
The Hyderabad capital region and adjoining districts including Medchal-Malkajgiri and Rangareddy will experience steady, overcast skies accompanied by intermittent light to moderate spells of rain and gusty surface winds over the next few days, IMD, Hyderabad said.
Rainy conditions are expected to gradually taper-off back into localised thunderstorm activity on Wednesday, as the cyclonic system weakens into a depression.
