Hero Xtreme 125R Stealth Edition receives a 4.2-inch colour TFT, tyre pressure monitoring and unique Midnight Black paintwork
Hero MotoCorp previously upgraded the Xtreme 125R to dual-channel ABS, selectable riding modes and cruise control. The manufacturer has now introduced the Stealth Edition at Rs. 1.16 lakh (ex-showroom) – Rs. 6,700 above the existing dual-channel ABS variant. The price difference pays for a 4.2-inch colour TFT instrument console, tyre pressure monitoring and a distinctive paint treatment.
The Stealth Edition comes in Midnight Black shade which is complemented by Pearl Red detailing on the fuel tank extensions, pillion grab rails and Xtreme graphics. The red-painted alloy wheels provide the apparent visual distinction from the other variants. The angular LED headlamp sits beneath a compact visor and the sharply sculpted tank extensions extend towards the engine. The split seat, upswept tail and compact rear bodywork retain the muscular proportions of the existing Xtreme 125R.
The motorcycle uses a 124.7 cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that makes 11.4 hp at 8,250 rpm and 10.5 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. The five-speed manual gearbox transfers power to the rear wheel. It continues to be equipped with a diamond frame, 37 mm telescopic front forks and a seven-step adjustable rear monoshock. Braking comes from a 276 mm front disc and a 220 mm rear disc while the motorcycle rides on 17-inch alloy wheels.

The Tyre Pressure Monitoring System provides real-time pressure readings and alerts the rider when either tyre requires attention. It is the first motorcycle in the sporty 125 cc segment to receive this technology and the system helps riders identify tyre pressure irregularities from the instrument console by reducing the need for frequent manual checks.
The Stealth Edition also retains dual-channel ABS which helps prevent wheel lock-up under hard braking. Three selectable riding modes namely Rain, Road, and Sport provide different throttle responses based on surface conditions. Cruise control is another existing feature carried over to the new variant. The 4.2-inch colour TFT replaces the digital instrument console used on the other Xtreme 125R variants.

Its Bluetooth connectivity supports turn-by-turn navigation, incoming call notifications, SMS alerts and music controls after smartphone pairing. The display also presents motorcycle information and tyre pressure readings. The existing dual-channel ABS version costs Rs. 1.09 lakh (ex-showroom) and the Stealth Edition commands a Rs. 6,700 premium.
For reference, the Xtreme 125R range starts at Rs. 91,500 (ex-showroom). The TVS Raider 125 and Honda CB125 Hornet are among its direct competitors and Hero has commenced sales of the new top-end version at dealerships nationwide.
