KTM has revealed the new 450 RC in Milan alongside revised Super Duke, Adventure, SMC, Enduro and SX-F motorcycles

KTM has used EICMA 2026 to present the new 450 RC in addition to a set of updates for its 2027 motorcycles as the Milan display featured revised Super Duke and Adventure models, new SX-F Factory Editions and updated SMC and Enduro machines. The KTM 450 RC stands apart as the key supersport inclusion and is scheduled for production in late 2027.

The 2028 KTM 450 RC uses a twin-cylinder engine but KTM has not released final output figures yet. A 43 mm adjustable WP Apex USD fork handles the front suspension while a WP Apex shock sits at the rear beside a single-sided swingarm. Braking duties come from a 320 mm front disc and four-piston radial caliper. Pirelli Diablo Rosso 4 tyres, Cornering ABS, Motorcycle Traction Control, Road and Supermoto ABS modes, selectable ride modes and a 5-inch TFT are also confirmed.

KTM also previewed its next SX-F generation via the 450 SX-F Factory Edition and 250 SX-F Factory Edition. Both motorcycles receive revised frames, engine changes, new chassis geometry, updated ergonomics and revised exhaust systems. The WP Xact closed cartridge forks are available as well and KTM has also altered the rear suspension and frame characteristics for the new Factory Edition models.

On the other hand, the KTM 1390 Super Duke R and R Evo receive an 8.8-inch touchscreen TFT, revised handlebar controls, Brembo HyPure front calipers and new colour choices for 2027. The 1390 Super Duke GT is also heading to dealers in early 2027 after its earlier reveal. The GT Evo uses KTM’s Automated Manual Transmission while the GT models also get offline onboard navigation, an adjustable windscreen and an SP Connect mount.

The India-bound KTM 390 Adventure R gains revised left-hand switchgear that supports optional cruise control. The 390 Adventure X is also due for revisions in India following EICMA debut as it comprises a TFT instrument display and two new colour choices. The larger 790 Adventure receives a new black finish for model year 2027 in place of the previous orange and white options.

The 390 SMC R and 390 Enduro R gain new colour schemes for 2027 as well while the smaller 125 SMC and 125 Enduro also return in revised finishes. KTM also presented its 2027 Red Bull KTM Factory Racing rally squad in Milan as the defending Dakar champion Luciano Benavides will race alongside Daniel Sanders and Edgar Canet. The team announcement came ahead of the next Dakar Rally and closed KTM’s EICMA activity on the competition side after the SX-F Factory Edition reveal.
