GaadiWaadi -
The Kia Carnival attracts Rs. 1 lakh in exchange assistance and Rs. 50,000 in corporate benefits while select Carens Clavis and Sonet variants receive cash concessions
Kia is offering festive discounts worth up to Rs. 1.70 lakh on the Carnival this month. The Carens Clavis Turbo attracts benefits totalling Rs. 95,000 and the Sonet HTK (O) gets up to Rs. 65,000. The Syros, Seltos, Sorento and Carens Clavis EV also receive promotional incentives but the actual savings depend on the variant and customer eligibility mainly when exchange and scrappage benefits are offered separately.
The Carnival gets Rs. 1 lakh in exchange assistance and Rs. 50,000 in corporate benefits. Another Rs. 20,000 is available as a scrappage incentive. These three produce the attractive total of Rs. 1.70 lakh but the exchange and scrappage benefits cannot automatically be counted together. The potential saving from exchange and corporate assistance alone stands at Rs. 1.50 lakh – provided the customer qualifies for both.
The Carens Clavis Turbo has a Rs. 10,000 cash concession alongside Rs. 30,000 exchange assistance, Rs. 15,000 corporate benefits and a Rs. 20,000 loyalty bonus. Another Rs. 20,000 is specified for scrappage.Meanwhile, the Sonet HTK (O) gets Rs. 15,000 cash and can attract another Rs. 35,000 from exchange and corporate benefits.

The starred figures are advertised totals calculated from individual benefit categories. Their full value depends on whether the applicable incentives can be claimed on the same purchase.
The Sonet has different incentives based on the variant. The HTK (O) receives Rs. 15,000 in direct cash assistance which is absent from the other variants in these offers. Customers eligible for the maximum Rs. 20,000 exchange and Rs. 15,000 corporate benefits can receive Rs. 50,000 on the HTK (O) before considering scrappage. The Sorento also has Rs. 40,000 in potential benefits, divided equally between loyalty and exchange assistance.
The Syros petrol and diesel versions attract Rs. 20,000 each in exchange and scrappage benefits alongside Rs. 15,000 corporate assistance. An extended warranty and additional dealer concessions are also available. The Syros EV gets a Rs. 20,000 scrappage incentive without a specified direct cash reduction. The Seltos has Rs. 20,000 each in loyalty and scrappage benefits and individual showroom concessions may increase the final savings.

The Carens Clavis EV has promotional incentives totalling Rs. 75,000 before eligibility restrictions. The figure comprises Rs. 20,000 each for exchange, loyalty and scrappage alongside Rs. 15,000 corporate assistance. Excluding scrappage, the remaining three benefits total Rs. 55,000 if they can be combined.
The Carens Clavis CNG receives a smaller Rs. 20,000 scrappage benefit. No separate cash concession is specified for either electric or CNG version. It must be noted that dealership location, variant availability and customer eligibility can affect the final purchase price. The amount deducted from the vehicle invoice may consequently be lower than the advertised total when a trade-in or scrappage benefit is involved.
